Mix some Greek Yogurt (fage) with some crumbled feta cheese, chopped Kalamata olives and some diced red bell peppers. Use a mandoline to cut thin strips of cucumbers. Place a dollop of the mixture at one end of the cucumber slice and roll ’em up. Placed a Basil top in the center.
